Thank you for choosing The Rustic Picnic Company for your upcoming picnic event.
To ensure a memorable experience for you and your guests, please read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be fully confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit via bank transfer.

Guest Limit and Venue Options: The Rustic Picnic Company can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. Larger groups can be catered for at private venues.

Location Requests: If you have requested a location not listed, it may be subject to a travel fee based on mileage and accessibility. All locations must be pre-approved by our team.

Payment and Refund Policy: Full payment is required 7 days prior to your picnic. Refunds will not be provided for reductions in the number of guests within 7 days of the event.

Payment Method: All payments, including picnics and agreed add-ons, must be made via bank transfer.

Punctuality and Time Sensitivity: Please be on time, as our picnics are time and daylight sensitive. Extended hire beyond the 2-hour allocated time incurs an additional charge.

Attending Your Picnic: Do not leave your picnic table unattended for more than a few minutes.If you wish to depart early, please call your Rustic Picnic Co host to make them aware.

Location Etiquette: Be respectful of the location and other members of the public. Do not sit, stand on, or move our picnic tables and equipment.

Responsibility for Items: You are responsible for our items during your allocated time. Please treat our equipment with love and care.

Damage and Cleaning Fees: You are responsible for any breaks, stains, or spills to our equipment. Cleaning/breaking fees may apply, depending on the state of our items.

Safety Guidelines: The Rustic Picnic Co accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained due to the incorrect use of items. Please follow our recommendations and instructions.

Take-Home Policy: Our floral arrangements and equipment are not take-homes, unless agreed otherwise. We will happily box up any remaining food for you to take home.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking up to 10 days prior to your picnic, but the deposit will not be refunded.

Weather Monitoring and Rescheduling: You are responsible for monitoring the weather. Up to 72 hours prior to your picnic, proceed with alternative arrangements or reschedule within a 3-month period.

Safety Adjustments: In the event of inclement weather or location hazards, we may advise a location change for safety reasons.

Umbrella Safety:If the wind picks up unexpectedly, slide down the latch and lay the umbrella on the ground.

Alcohol: Unfortunately, due to restrictions and licensing, we cannot sell or provide alcohol. The clients responsibility is to check the alcohol laws of any venue or public space used for the event.

Alcohol and Substance Possession:The Rustic Picnic Company is not liable for any possession of alcohol or other substances. Your discretion is advised.

Alcohol Disposal: If you bring alcohol, you are responsible for its disposal (glass bottles, cans, etc.).

Prohibited Items:No cigarettes, candles, fires, or open flames are permitted by or near the picnic area.

Allergen Disclaimer:We are unable to accommodate special allergen requests due to the risk of cross-contamination. Please note potential allergens in our picnic items.

Third-Party Bookings:The Rustic Picnic Company is not responsible or held liable for any bookings made with third parties.

Right to Refuse Service:We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
